You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, no refunds will be provided for any fees paid.

meowgration.me provides comprehensive visa assistance services for IT companies and individuals. We help clients obtain visas for the following countries: USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, UK, Morocco, and the Philippines. Our services include consultation, documentation assistance, and our exclusive concierge service.

Please note: While we provide expert guidance and support throughout the visa application process, we do not influence the final decision made by embassies or consulates. The approval or denial of visas is solely at the discretion of the respective consular authorities.

7. Concierge Service

Our concierge service is designed to provide personalized support for your travel and visa needs. We assist with:

• Visa application submissions
• Booking travel accommodations
• Arranging transportation
• Providing destination information

Please note: Our concierge service does not include:

• Guaranteeing visa approval
• Legal representation
• Booking travel accommodations for high-risk destinations

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You also agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Engage in any activity that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to a civil liability;

13. Restricted Markets and Software Use

Please note that Meowgration does not provide services to, nor do we engage in any business with individuals or entities from the following countries:

• Russia
• Belarus
• Countries recognized as state sponsors of terrorism by the United States, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, and Sudan.

Additionally, we do not use or integrate any software, programs, or technologies that are owned or operated by entities based in Russia or Belarus. This policy is in place to ensure compliance with international regulations and to uphold the security and integrity of our services.
